Our roof inspections focus on the coverings, flashings, drainage systems, skylights, chimneys, and all roof penetrais, as well as an in depth inspection of the roofing system from the attic and how it connects to all other crucial systems of the home such as the exterior and down to the foundation.

We always climb and walk the roof if we can make it up there. If not, we will perform an in depth inspection via drone. We also utilize tools such as thermal imaging and moisture mapping.
